Black Mirror Nano is the first espresso-focussed scales offered by Timemore to be released in 2021. The feature-packed coffee scale is simple and sharp in design. Easily fitting between the drip tray and portafilter of all popular consumer machines.

With all the creature comforts and features of the all-too-popular Black Mirror Plus but now with a slender footprint and standing just 2cm tall which is perfect for espresso brewing at home, or at a busy coffee bar.

Flow rate? Yes, a small press of the flow rate button on the side gives an real-time readout of the flow rate, a feature that has only since been available on the flagship Black Mirror 2

Reinforced internals with an aluminium skeleton elevates the build quality yet still unmatched for value in this space.

How to Use:

      Love the size. A couple of quirks as other people have outlined but nothing that really gets in the way of usability. Very happy with it.

      These scales are great. Fit perfectly on my espresso machine drip tray. I was concerned that having the buttons on the side would be a pain but it isn't. Particularly the zeroing out button is just a touch and it does its job. Just wait a second for that to happen. I can't fault these scales for any issue. Ease of use and practicality are perfect. I use the standard Black Mirror scales to weight grinds, and these Nano to weight output. Perfect and makes for easy work flow. Seem to handle liquid spills well too.

      Fast responsive scale that allows me to fit my shot glass under the group head of my Breville Dual Boiler. Tare's quickly and is super responsive when weighing my beans.
