Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: 1-3 Business Days Dispatch

We are committed to getting your orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in QLD).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to COVID-19 disruptions and extreme weather.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Golden Brewing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

The Golden Brewing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched once stock arrives at our warehouse. Estimated dispatch timeframes shown on product pages are indicative only and may change due to factors outside our control. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. For full pre-order terms, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please refer to Section 3A – Pre-Orders of our Terms of Service.
