The Flair 58 Plus 2 features an integrated pressure gauge, 58mm portafilter system with three different baskets, and a stainless steel brew path, meaning there is no plastic touching your espresso, from kettle to cup.

The preheat system on the Flair 58 Plus 2 still includes three different levels: low, medium and high, which roughly correlate to brewing temperatures needed for dark, medium and light roasts respectively. And, if you’re feeling the travel itch, the 58 Plus 2 easily unplugs to brew espresso without any wires.
