The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is a great home espresso grinder with 50mm flat steel burrs. It is certified for commercial use, suitable as a decaf grinder in a small cafe or restaurant. This burr grinder has a dial-based timed dosing system, a stepless grind adjustment dial, and excellent noise insulation.

The Silenzio - the first of three versions that make up the new current Eureka Mignon range. It has the exact same build quality as the premium Specialita version - steel casing, restyled hopper and great grind quality.

It comes with the original controls on the side of the machine, giving you the option of timed or manual grinding. Easy to set up and adjust as required.
